2013 Rates Fisherman's Village Resort

All units are Air Conditioned and have Color Cable TV. There are (4) two-bedroom cottages, (3) one-bedroom cottages, and (1) four-bedroom cottage. Our cottages are newly remodeled deluxe cottages. Most have beautiful knotty pine interiors, vaulted ceilings. Cottages 1 and 2 have a Queen Log Bed, twin sofa sleeper and a gas fireplace included. Cottage 3 is has a gas log fireplace and is 4 bedroom with 3 a double bed in 3 bedrooms, and a twin bunk bed in the other bedroom. Cabin 4 is a two bedroom unit with a double bed in one bedroom and the other has a twin over double in the other bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living area. Cabin 5 is a two bedroom unit with twin over double beds in each bedroom and a single sofa sleeper in the living area. Cabin 6 is a two bedroom unit, one double bed in each bedroom and a futon in the living area. Cabin 7 has two full size beds with twin bunks over them. Cabin 8 is a two bedroom unit, with a double bed in one bedroom, twin bunks in the other and a futon in the living area. All include bed linen and blankets, bath with showers. Kitchens are equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker and are completely set for housekeeping with glasses, dishes and utensils. We do not furnish soap or towels for kitchen or bath. Each cottage also has a picnic table and charcoal grill, and two adirondack chairs. We have enough free dock space for one customer boat per cottage; additional boats will need to rent a boat lift or sand anchor. Cottages 1 and 2 have twin sofa sleepers and 4,6,and 8 also have a sofa-sleeper. Kayaks and Paddleboat are free for all guests to use.

Rates for additional daily or weeky visitors and guests registered in advance (ANY AGE) are $25 per day or $125 per week. Visitors and guests not pre-registered are $50 per day. NO PETS OR CAMPING. Your cabin fees are only for the base rate persons per cabin. This does not include additional visitors, guests, neighbors, relatives or friends that may drop by. If you are expecting any visitors, whether for a few hours or overnight, make arrangements with us before you make arrangements with them. In fairness to all resort customers we strictly limit visitors. All visitors and guests must register at the office,and are subject to guest fees if you are over the base occupancy. Do not bring your own firewood. There is a very good chance you could be transporting Ash Bore Disease. We have plenty of firewood and provide it free at our resort fire ring.

** All-Inclusive Fishing Package:
Depthfinder, bait and Fuel are supplied at no charge, no matter how much you may need for the week. Supplied bait is worms(Nightcrawlers), cottage price, Boat and Motor rental, Digital Depthfinder, and the price of a non-resident 14-day married couple fishing license makes up the cost of this package. If you would like the pontoon instead of a 14' boat and motor, add $250/week or $130 for 3 day package prices. All-inclusive packages are limited by boat and motor availability. If you have different licensing requirements, we will substitute a $49.00 store credit.

EARLY and LATE SUMMER RATES
June 1st to June 15th and Aug 17th through August 31st
$200 per week (6 or 7 days) discounts from regular season rates. $40 per day discount on daily spring or fall rates for stays of 5 days or less.

SPECIAL DISCOUNTS AND PACKAGES
Senior citizens receive $50 off weekly or $25 off 3-day rental (limit one per cabin). Active Duty Military, Afghanistan and Iraq War Vets receive $50 off weekly or $25 off 3-day rental (limit one per cabin). Present customers, you can receive a $25 coupon for any referrals that give us a confirmed reservation. A $100 discount is given for your second visit with us each year. If you make your reservation and pay your total vacation bill, non-refundable for any reason, by May 1, you will receive a $75 discount

BOATS, MOTORS, PONTOON, LIFTS, AND OTHER EQUIPMENT RENTALS AVAILABLE
Our marine equipment is constantly updated to the latest models. We offer 14-foot Alumacraft boats with padded swivel seats, anchors and life jackets. Most of our outboard motors are Mercury and Yamaha 15 hp four cycles, we also have a few two cycle Mercury 9.9 hp. We have two 20-foot pontoons with a 4 cycle 25 hp motors, live wells, life jackets, and anchors. With all of our outboard motor rentals and pontoon rentals all of the fuel you may need to enjoy your vacations is provided free of charge. We also have an excellent dock system with 12 marina style slips for boats. Dock slips are also equipped with 120VAC for on board battery charging. If you so require we do have two 2800# boatlift that can be reserved to protect your expensive boat investments. We also have LCD depthfinders (depthfinders are included free in the All-inclusive packages).

We have two tremendously talented local guides that can be booked for full and half day trips. We are a ELS license station and have available for purchase; all fishing and hunting licenses, tackle, bait, soft drinks, candy, water, T-shirts, sweatshirts, crafts, toys. We also have lots of free local tourism information for food, golf, horse back riding, antiques and crafts, state park hiking and biking trails, flea markets, and much more.

DEPOSITS, CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
We require a Credit Card $250 non-refundable deposit at the time of your reservation. The balance of your vacation fee is due upon arrival. Groups of two or more cottages will be required to pre-pay ½ of the cabin rental and the fee is non-refundable for any reason. You are responsible for the entire fee for your reservation if cancelled less that 30 days prior to arrival. Plan to arrive after 3:00 PM and checkout before 9:00 am. There will be a $100 cleaning fee added to any unit not left clean. You are responsible for any damage and or repair costs caused by you or anyone in your party.
